  • Condition: I called the California DMV and verified that these plates are clear and ready for possible usage if desired. There are scratches on the paint and surface rust in areas (please see pictures closeup). There are light bends around the bolt holes but could cover easily with a plate frame (see picture 6). These items are in good vintage condition and a good candidate for a restoration or to use as-is.

    I called the California DMV and verified that these plates are clear and ready for possible usage if desired.
    These items belonged to my father and were stored in his den unused for many years.
    There are scratches on the paint and surface rust in areas (please see pictures closeup). There are light bends around the bolt holes but could cover easily with a plate frame (see picture 6). These items are in good vintage condition and a good candidate for a restoration or to use as-is.
