    Here is a special machined  part that is needed to bolt a 64-65-66 st400 trans or 65-66 GS st300 to your 1957 to 1963 364-401-425 engine. They have cheaper ones available but you can't compare them with mine. One that is being sold looks like mine but without the extra metal inside that keeps it from collapsing when you are driving it in, the other requires expensive machining to open the hole in the stock 1964-66 flex plate to fit the lip on the 1957-63 crank. Still others are machined with a rough inaccurate surface.. I have been selling these for the last 25 years, over a 1,000 sold, not a single return, the tolerance is exact. No one sells this same part on Ebay, there are copys of this part being sold, are they machined to plus or minus .0002?? who knows but these are.
    With this adapter you remove the crank lip (takes minutes), drive in the adapter bushing and you now have a 64-66 crank flange. If you ever need a flex plate again it will just  bolt on (always line up your index holes).
    WE now have special flexplates also listed with a larger center hole for the 57-63 crank so lip does not have to be removed.
    If you are using the 64-66 trans you also need the 64-66 starter. The 61-66 engines are no problem but on 1957-60 blocks use my starter spacer or my mini starter that bolts to all 57-66 Nailhead blocks with its dual bolt pattern design, contact me for info on trans and engine swaps with this engine. One more thing, the 364 is balanced differently than the 401-425, you need flexplates with correct balance weight attached.
