This is an original press photo. Catherine Grubbs, right, from Chicago, is accustomed to seeing icicles, and she probably felt at home in Houston Monday. Visiting with her niece here, Cynthia Lawson, left, she saw one of the results of the wintry weather invasion in this area - icicles in trees on a grassy median between Main and Fannin. The display was formed apparently when water sprinklers of the city Parks and Recreation Department were left on overnight. Weather - Houston, Texas. Photo measures 7.5 x 10.25 inches. Photo is dated 01-12-1982.
