This is an original press photo. Everyday has Groundhog Day for the John Cowger family of Rockingham County since Woodie adopted them last April. But as for being a weatherman Saturday, Woodie says for Kim and Kevin, ages 6 and 10 to go watch the shadows while he finishes his ice cream cone. The Cowger's found the young 'chuck apparently abandoned by its mother in a field and raised it on canned milk. Photo measures 10 x 8.25 inches. Photo is dated 02-01-1963.
